What You'll Do

As a Spray Crew Painter, you'll be applying flawless finishes with airless and conventional spray equipment. This role requires skill, speed, and attention to detail. You'll work with experienced teams to produce clean, lasting results in challenging conditionsand enjoy real respect for your craft.

• Apply paint, stain, lacquer, and coatings using professional spray equipment (Graco, Titan, etc.)
• Follow blueprints, job specs, and verbal instructions
• Handle prep work (masking, sanding, priming) and site clean-up
• Maintain and troubleshoot spray systems
• Work confidently at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and team members
• Stay safe and sharp on active job sites

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of spray painting experience (residential or commercial) preferred
• Familiarity with airless and conventional systems
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including at elevation
• Reliable transportation to Breckenridge/Summit County
• Fluency in either English or Spanish
• Bonus if you've worked with fine finishes like trim, doors, or cabinetry
• Bonus if you're steady, positive, and reliable under pressure
