Your Role

As a Painting Crew Foreman, you'll take the lead on job sitesmanaging your crew, making smart decisions, and delivering the kind of finish work that makes people say wow. You'll collaborate with our Production Manager and help build a culture of excellence on and off the ladder.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise your crew on-site, setting the tone for professionalism and productivity
• Keep jobsites safe, organized, and on schedule
• Assign daily tasks that play to your crew's strengths
• Maintain high standards for prep, detail, and final finish
• Communicate with Production Managers about supplies, timelines, and progress
• Adjust short-term schedules to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Promote a positive team viberespectful, hardworking, and drama-free
• Represent Allman Painting with pride to clients and contractors

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of professional painting experience (interior, exterior, prep) preferred
• 2+ years of leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Confident, clear communicator with solid crew management skills
• Strong planning and troubleshooting instincts
• English fluency (Spanish is a bonus)
• Valid driver's license
• Local to Summit Countyor ready to relocate to Breckenridge, CO
