What You'll Be Doing:

• Following up with warm leadspeople already interested in our services
• Visiting job sites and consulting with homeowners or GCs
• Preparing estimates and writing clear, confident proposals
• Tracking and updating your pipeline in our CRM (we'll train you)
• Working closely with our production team to ensure every job is a smooth handoff
• Being a true representative of the Allman brandgenuine, reliable, and professional

Who This Role Is For:

You don't need to be from the painting or construction worldbut you do need to be sharp, self-motivated, and comfortable with clients. We'll give you the training and tools. You bring the drive.

We're especially interested in candidates who:

• Have 2+ years of sales experience in any industry (home services is a plus)
• Are local to Summit County or nearby
• Communicate clearly, build trust easily, and enjoy helping clients make decisions
• Are detail-oriented and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Are tech-comfortable (CRM, estimating software, etc.)
• Bring a good attitude and want to be part of a close-knit, no-drama team
