What You'll Be Doing:

• Visiting job sites and conducting thorough walkthroughs with clients or contractors
• Creating detailed, accurate takeoffs and estimates for high-end residential and select commercial work
• Writing proposals that reflect clarity, professionalism, and trust
• Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM (we'll train you)
• Coordinating with our production team to ensure smooth transitions from sale to execution
• Acting as a knowledgeable, reassuring point of contact for clients throughout the pre-production process

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in estimating (painting or construction-related fields preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of coatings, prep work, substrates, and scope development
• Excellent communication skillsyou know how to build trust and explain technical details clearly
• Experience using estimating software (PEP Cloud, STACK, or similar)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple active proposals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Based in or willing to relocate to Summit County/Breckenridge
